I connected a CRM to simplify working with the client base, processing orders, and obtaining more detailed analytics. I chose RetailCRM because of the ability to connect it independently and its free usage (up to 300 orders per month). I have never regretted implementing this system; it is very simple and convenient to use, and it records all data excellently, with no failures. Sending SMS and email campaigns with promotions is easy and quick, and the statistics on key performance indicators are impressive. Overall, I liked the functionality!
A wonderful CRM system for any online store. It allows you to analyze a huge amount of information about customers and sales. The statistics are very convenient and detailed. After implementing the system, things in the store improved. In the first month, sales increased by 10%, and the average check went up by 35%. I am very satisfied. By the way, the implementation process went quickly and almost unnoticed (I used the services of retailcrm employees). Of course, it's a bit unfortunate that the connection is charged separately; I would have preferred it to be free on the paid plan. But that's more of a wish than a complaint. The system itself deserves a rating of 5+.
Six months ago, I installed the system after studying several options, including Bitrix24, amoCRM, and others. In the end, I chose RetailCRM because it turned out to be the most suitable in terms of functionality and price. I am using the "All Inclusive" plan, and its cost is completely justified, especially considering that over the past six months, the conversion has doubled, and the average check has increased by 1.5 times. The interface is quite simple and intuitive. Thanks to this system, I was finally able to organize my client database. Order processing has significantly sped up. Huge thanks to the support team, without whom I wouldn't have been able to achieve success in the initial implementation phase!
In October-November, we integrated our online store with RetailCRM. This system offers tremendous opportunities for customization and functionality expansion, as well as a pleasant and user-friendly interface, extensive documentation, and quality, fast technical support. I rarely come across software without serious flaws. Fortunately, the developers of RetailCRM have truly worked hard to create an excellent product that completely satisfies me.
RetailCRM offers a variety of interesting pricing plans, but they may seem too expensive for small businesses. Based on my own experience, I recommend choosing a plan that charges per user. The thing is, with the order-based payment, there is also a subscription fee, and under high workload conditions, that plan becomes unprofitable. Among the advantages, the adaptation for e-commerce stands out – it's much more convenient to work with this CRM in this segment than with Bitrix24, which was used previously. Bitrix created additional complications, while this system, on the contrary, simplifies processes. For example, filling out cards is easy and straightforward. There aren't many integrations, but they all work correctly, without bugs. If you have basic programming knowledge, you can also set up automation.
Wide customization options for the system and significant potential for business. This CRM has greatly simplified workflows. No other solution met the requirements for ecommerce. User-friendly, intuitive, and with excellent technical support. All necessary integrations are available in the marketplace. You can connect using your own technical specialists by following the well-developed documentation, or you can turn to certified partners.
Good day. My husband and I have an online store. While it wasn't well-known, we handled orders ourselves, shipped them, and maintained a customer database in a spreadsheet for mailings. However, when the business started to grow and orders increased, we decided to hire managers and realized that we couldn't work the way we used to. We began searching for a suitable system and chose retailcrm. Honestly, we have never regretted it! Now all orders and customers are gathered in one place, and there's no more confusion with endless spreadsheets. Since we are not programmers, we decided to reach out to an integration partner. We were recommended Fenix. The setup took about 2 weeks, and during the following week, we had questions since we had never dealt with this before, but the Fenix managers were very responsive and explained everything clearly. We have been working with the CRM for 4 months now and can only say one thing - thank you!
Our order management started, like many others, in Google Sheets. At first, everything was fine, but as the number of orders increased, the documents began to lag, and information sometimes disappeared. To make our lives easier, we decided to implement a CRM and initially chose AMO. However, working with products there turned out to be extremely inconvenient. We had to enter all the information manually, which took a lot of time. After learning about the retailCRM system designed for retail, we decided to test it out. In retailCRM, there is a "product" object, which allows managers to easily add any product to an order from the catalog, and I have the ability to set the desired price and cost.
Pros: standard CRM functionality without integrations. Cons: issues with integrations, technical support, promises made during the sale do not match reality, lack of customizations from CRM specialists, complete indifference from management towards clients and their problems, high cost for the current quality of services. Comments: We started using the CRM in spring 2020. The salespeople talked about the possibility of working with the "classic exchange contour," which I use (MoySklad, CRM, and 1C Bitrix). "The functionality is already ready – install the modules, configure, and go." Initially, we found out that MoySklad and the CRM cannot work simultaneously and use the same webhooks. We waited for the MoySklad module to be updated, and the issue was resolved. Then a problem arose with processing the product catalog in the CRM. Currently, the CRM has changed and claims that I am using non-standard functionality for the online store. The non-standard aspect is that the product catalog with color and size parameters, which MoySklad sends to Bitrix, must contain special characters in the external code of product modifications for the CRM to process it. For working with the MoySklad catalog, these characters are not needed, and Bitrix does not require them either. It is clear that the issue with processing the product catalog exists only in RetailCRM. It seems that the situation with the integration should be simply fixed if the CRM requires a special catalog format. But no, it’s easier to tell the client that this is non-standard functionality and not to address the issue. I couldn't figure out what exactly the non-standard aspect is. Requests through managers to the management and sending an official letter to the CEO went unanswered. I asked the support for the MoySklad exchange module what could be done in this situation, and they offered a custom development for 60,000 rubles. Why should the client solve the CRM's problem at their own expense? Any service can encounter technical difficulties, but there should be an adequate approach to solving them. If there is a problem with the service, it needs to be addressed, not ignored, as RetailCRM does. In the end, I definitely do not recommend using this service. I would have moved on and forgotten if I hadn't spent so much time and money on configuring and adapting the business to the CRM.
For a long time, we hesitated to implement RetailCRM because all our work was done in 1C, and our employees (managers, logisticians, and others) only used that system. We didn't want to move away from 1C because we were afraid of losing important information, clients, and orders. We found a solution - to integrate 1C with RetailCRM. This was successfully accomplished with the help of the official integrator, Fenix. New opportunities opened up for us. Now we can work with multiple stores and exchange data between the two systems, but most importantly, employees started using the CRM! It became much more convenient to work, and the progress in our company was noticeable right away. Everyone was satisfied - both the employees and the management. I recommend everyone not to be afraid and to take action.
