Data Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on one or more of the following bases:
- your consent (which you may withdraw at any time);
- the necessity of performing an agreement with you — providing the service's features;
- our legitimate interests — security, prevention of fraud and manipulation, and improving the service, balanced against your rights;
- compliance with our legal obligations.
2. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure ("the right to be forgotten");
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw previously given consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
3. Exercising your rights
You can delete your account and related data in Settings. For other requests, contact us via the Contacts page. We respond within the time frames set by applicable law (generally within one month) and may ask you to confirm your identity.
4. Retention
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or until you delete your account, except where longer retention is required by law or to protect legitimate interests.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Where data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, we take measures to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law (including through appropriate contractual safeguards).
6. Cookies and analytics
Information about our use of cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Cookie Policy. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
7. Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority in your place of residence. We would appreciate the opportunity to address the matter first — please contact us via the Contacts page.
