For a long time, we hesitated to implement RetailCRM because all our work was done in 1C, and our employees (managers, logisticians, and others) only used that system. We didn't want to move away from 1C because we were afraid of losing important information, clients, and orders. We found a solution - to integrate 1C with RetailCRM. This was successfully accomplished with the help of the official integrator, Fenix. New opportunities opened up for us. Now we can work with multiple stores and exchange data between the two systems, but most importantly, employees started using the CRM! It became much more convenient to work, and the progress in our company was noticeable right away. Everyone was satisfied - both the employees and the management. I recommend everyone not to be afraid and to take action.
