Pros: standard CRM functionality without integrations. Cons: issues with integrations, technical support, promises made during the sale do not match reality, lack of customizations from CRM specialists, complete indifference from management towards clients and their problems, high cost for the current quality of services. Comments: We started using the CRM in spring 2020. The salespeople talked about the possibility of working with the "classic exchange contour," which I use (MoySklad, CRM, and 1C Bitrix). "The functionality is already ready – install the modules, configure, and go." Initially, we found out that MoySklad and the CRM cannot work simultaneously and use the same webhooks. We waited for the MoySklad module to be updated, and the issue was resolved. Then a problem arose with processing the product catalog in the CRM. Currently, the CRM has changed and claims that I am using non-standard functionality for the online store. The non-standard aspect is that the product catalog with color and size parameters, which MoySklad sends to Bitrix, must contain special characters in the external code of product modifications for the CRM to process it. For working with the MoySklad catalog, these characters are not needed, and Bitrix does not require them either. It is clear that the issue with processing the product catalog exists only in RetailCRM. It seems that the situation with the integration should be simply fixed if the CRM requires a special catalog format. But no, it’s easier to tell the client that this is non-standard functionality and not to address the issue. I couldn't figure out what exactly the non-standard aspect is. Requests through managers to the management and sending an official letter to the CEO went unanswered. I asked the support for the MoySklad exchange module what could be done in this situation, and they offered a custom development for 60,000 rubles. Why should the client solve the CRM's problem at their own expense? Any service can encounter technical difficulties, but there should be an adequate approach to solving them. If there is a problem with the service, it needs to be addressed, not ignored, as RetailCRM does. In the end, I definitely do not recommend using this service. I would have moved on and forgotten if I hadn't spent so much time and money on configuring and adapting the business to the CRM.
