Our order management started, like many others, in Google Sheets. At first, everything was fine, but as the number of orders increased, the documents began to lag, and information sometimes disappeared. To make our lives easier, we decided to implement a CRM and initially chose AMO. However, working with products there turned out to be extremely inconvenient. We had to enter all the information manually, which took a lot of time. After learning about the retailCRM system designed for retail, we decided to test it out. In retailCRM, there is a "product" object, which allows managers to easily add any product to an order from the catalog, and I have the ability to set the desired price and cost.
