These guidelines keep reviews on Sites.Reviews useful and trustworthy. They form part of our Terms of Use. By publishing a review, you agree to follow them.

What we encourage

reviews based on your own experience with the company or service;
specifics and facts, which help other users more than vague ratings;
a respectful tone, even when the experience was negative.

What is not allowed

insults, threats, hate speech, or discrimination;
spam, advertising, unrelated links, or commercial offers;
other people's personal or confidential information;
rating manipulation, paid, fake, or misleading reviews;
content that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights.

Moderation

We may reject, hide, or remove a review that does not meet these guidelines, and restrict access for repeated violations. Reviews reflect the subjective opinions of their authors; the platform acts as an information intermediary and does not verify the accuracy of every review.

Business responses and disputes

Companies may claim their profile and respond to reviews. If you believe a review is inaccurate or breaks the rules, use our complaints procedure.
