A wonderful CRM system for any online store. It allows you to analyze a huge amount of information about customers and sales. The statistics are very convenient and detailed. After implementing the system, things in the store improved. In the first month, sales increased by 10%, and the average check went up by 35%. I am very satisfied. By the way, the implementation process went quickly and almost unnoticed (I used the services of retailcrm employees). Of course, it's a bit unfortunate that the connection is charged separately; I would have preferred it to be free on the paid plan. But that's more of a wish than a complaint. The system itself deserves a rating of 5+.
