The design is simple and not overloaded with features, and a mobile version is available.

I run a children's school, so keeping track of students, automating processes, and interacting with staff are extremely important to me. I have tried various accounting systems, both universal ones (like Bitrix) and specialized solutions. The former turned out to be too complicated and overloaded with unnecessary features. The latter, on the other hand, sometimes lack essential capabilities. Initially, I thought Paraplan fell into the second category, but considering the 10-day trial, I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, the CRM performed well. It is simple and intuitive, and I quickly mastered its features and settings. I was able to successfully enroll students in the system and add all the necessary integrations. Although some functions are still missing, working without them is quite comfortable for now (for example, integration with various platforms for receiving applications). In terms of price-quality ratio, this is an excellent option. Since there is a trial period, I recommend giving it a look.

We have been collaborating with Paraplan for about a year now. We haven't encountered any serious problems, and if difficulties arose, we reached out to customer support. They operate on weekdays during business hours, so responses to some inquiries weren't always quick. Overall, the support is commendable: they are accommodating, explain things, and help resolve issues that come up. The functionality is quite simple, as Paraplan is geared towards small training centers, fitness clubs, and similar organizations. You can create personal accounts for clients and subscriptions. Everything else is standard – sales funnel, mailings, telephony integration, access rights distribution, and reporting. The overall impression is positive. The system works smoothly and without errors. Although some reports are lacking, the existing ones allow for the necessary data to be created through another application. The interface may not appeal to everyone, but it is simple and user-friendly.
