Systems like UnSpot are the future for offices. Our company is currently in the 4th month of a pilot project, and the results are already clear. We rent an entire floor in a coworking space and have given up 1/5 of the area, as we found out that employees do not use workspaces in those zones. Additionally, the team is very happy that they no longer need to inform management about the days they plan to work remotely. Everything can be done through the system, which is incredibly convenient. Our company has been operating on a hybrid schedule for a long time.

I work as a team lead, and six months ago our company implemented Anspot. It is truly a convenient tool for organizing meetings in the office, especially when the team is working remotely. I want to share my experience. For a year, we searched for a way to bring employees back to the office from remote work. The problem was that we had 340 workspaces but 480 employees, and most of them were working remotely. We didn't want to look for an additional office, but there was no other option. We couldn't violate sanitary regulations by placing two work desks in 5 square meters. That would create unbearable conditions, and employees would start complaining. Our solution was the UnSpot system. We transitioned to a hybrid work format, and each employee started coming to the office an average of two times a week, reserving a workspace for each day. In the end, everyone was satisfied, and we see them in the office every week. Workspaces are utilized at 100%. We abandoned the idea of renting a new office. UnSpot is a real find for any company where more than 30% of employees work remotely.

The system turned out to be quite convenient, and we quickly adapted to it. We have free access to the office, and previously employees would just come in and sit anywhere. If we needed to find someone, we had to message them to find out where they were. Now, however, this can be seen on the interactive office map or by opening the employee's profile to see which desks they have booked for the current week. It's very convenient. Additionally, touch tablets with schedules from Anspot have been installed in front of the meeting rooms. I like the check-in feature. If a meeting isn't confirmed within 10 minutes, it is automatically canceled, and the meeting room can be occupied by someone else. We have only a few of them, so this is a great solution for this situation.

We had a problem with the constant struggle for meeting rooms, as employees were always coming in looking for available space. The tablets in the meeting rooms with the Anspot system are a real find. Now it's always clear whether the room is occupied or, for example, if we can extend the meeting without leaving the room. It's very convenient, I highly recommend it to everyone!
