An excellent aid for sales. It is essentially an ordinary bot that responds to customer inquiries, but with AI capabilities and expanded functionality. It won't replace a live manager, but it significantly eases their workload by freeing them from routine tasks and increasing overall efficiency. For example, the bot can independently make calls, communicate with clients, evaluate leads and pass them to the manager if they are hot, as well as enter deals into the CRM and perform many other functions.
