Disadvantages: The re-certification process works terribly; even on test calls, after picking up the phone, the dialing continues (with ringing), and at the same time, the phones start the call timer. If the connection is established, there is a huge voice delay. Conversations turn into "Who-interrupted-who." Terrible experience.

The transition to the new Novofon platform did cause a bit of stress, but in reality, it wasn't that difficult at all! I had to get used to the new interface, but all of this is done for our convenience. Novofon support responds to questions very quickly, and the instructions on the website help to resolve any issues. Bugs are fixed promptly!
