The system turned out to be quite convenient, and we quickly adapted to it. We have free access to the office, and previously employees would just come in and sit anywhere. If we needed to find someone, we had to message them to find out where they were. Now, however, this can be seen on the interactive office map or by opening the employee's profile to see which desks they have booked for the current week. It's very convenient. Additionally, touch tablets with schedules from Anspot have been installed in front of the meeting rooms. I like the check-in feature. If a meeting isn't confirmed within 10 minutes, it is automatically canceled, and the meeting room can be occupied by someone else. We have only a few of them, so this is a great solution for this situation.
