I have been using Moo.Team for over a year to manage projects in a small team. The system is intuitive and can be mastered in just a few hours. Pros: a wide range of features — time tracking, reports, delegation of rights, integration with Yandex and Google. You can add clients for collaboration, and their accounts do not count towards the tariff. The pricing is flexible, with a free version for 5 projects and 5 employees. The tech support is quick and knowledgeable. The team regularly releases updates and takes user feedback into account. As for the cons: there is currently no mobile app (only a Telegram bot), some features are not well documented, and there is no integration with Google Docs. However, the price/quality ratio is favorable, and the system truly simplifies work processes.

After the need arose to switch from ********* to another task management system, I searched for a suitable alternative for a long time. The main criteria were: ease of use, the ability to add clients (so they could set tasks), and the ability to configure access for clients and employees depending on the projects. In the end, we chose Moo.Team. Yes, the system is still actively developing, and sometimes there are minor cosmetic bugs, but the team is open to suggestions and releases updates every week with fixes and new features. Kudos to the guys for their product!

For several years, I used ********** for project management, but after the onset of all the well-known events, I decided to look for alternatives. The functionality of moo.team matches 80% of the previous service, but there are important features that I need as a developer, and they were lacking in the Ukrainian alternative. The only downside is the lack of a mobile app, but I am confident that this issue will be resolved soon.

I have been looking for a similar solution for comfortable project management for a long time. Creating a project and assigning responsible parties is very convenient, and it's also easy to add a client. The settings are flexible and can be changed without the help of programmers, which is nice. I especially want to highlight the time tracking feature, which is extremely important for me, as we keep hourly records of our specialists' working hours. Overall, it's definitely worth trying out to appreciate the convenience of the service.

I have been using Mu.Team for over a year now. It’s a convenient project manager that is easy to master in just a few dozen minutes. The team actively develops the product, regularly adding updates and new features, and they take user suggestions into account. Setting up delegation of rights and inviting a client for collaborative work on a project is very simple (and client accounts are not counted in the plan as employees). Among the more advanced features: account access management, time tracking, report creation, and integration with Yandex and Google webmasters. The pricing plans are straightforward (the functionality is the same across all plans). The free version allows you to work with 5 projects and 5 employees without time limits — it’s perfect for testing and small teams. The developers helped me transfer my old project from another CRM. I have a few suggestions: 1. "Play around" with the line spacing and paragraph spacing to make the text look more structured and visually appealing, for example, highlighting subheadings (I’ve attached screenshots). 2. Add the ability to insert a link into highlighted text using CTRL+K, as is done in many applications: Word, Google Docs, Telegram. I’m used to adding links this way.

The Moo team turned out to be an excellent tool for our work. The processes in the company have become more transparent. However, there are a few drawbacks that we would like to see addressed. For example, there is no mobile app that would allow us to quickly receive notifications about new tasks and monitor progress anytime and anywhere, as working in a browser on a phone is often not very convenient. However, this is partially compensated by the Telegram bot. Overall, we are staying and will continue to use it.

MooTim significantly simplifies our work. Although I've only been using it for a short time, I've already come to appreciate some features: the ability to calculate payment for projects and obtain statistics on results. I'm especially pleased with the recent addition of auto-refreshing the page, which speeds up the process of tracking changes. So far, the system fully meets my needs, especially considering the price/quality ratio.

The interface is user-friendly, with constant updates, and a wonderful manager who actively participates in solving issues and problems, as well as a tech support chat. It's easy to set tasks, and the display format is convenient too. There are good settings for tasks: tags, deadlines, visibility, and more. I like the ability to choose the type of card display by columns. It's convenient to work both from a computer and from a phone. We use this in the design team for our tasks and for the developers. There is also a timer available.
