I want to share my experience. For a year, we searched for a way to bring employees back to the office from remote work. The problem was that we had 340 workspaces but 480 employees, and most of them were working remotely. We didn't want to look for an additional office, but there was no other option. We couldn't violate sanitary regulations by placing two work desks in 5 square meters. That would create unbearable conditions, and employees would start complaining. Our solution was the UnSpot system. We transitioned to a hybrid work format, and each employee started coming to the office an average of two times a week, reserving a workspace for each day. In the end, everyone was satisfied, and we see them in the office every week. Workspaces are utilized at 100%. We abandoned the idea of renting a new office. UnSpot is a real find for any company where more than 30% of employees work remotely.
