A convenient and simple program for sales. We have been using Sbis Retail for over 6 years. The program fully meets our needs: inventory management, product catalog, sales restrictions, reports for different periods. All updates are provided for free, and technical support is available to address any questions regarding the program and cash register.

It all started with submitting reports to government agencies through Sbis and EDO. Then I connected Sbis Presto in my café, switching from another program, and I have been using it for over a year now. I don't regret it at all. After a year, I installed Sbis.Retail in my store. The functionality of Presto for the food service industry is indeed advanced; it can be confusing, and it was not easy at first. But gradually, with the support of technical support and managers, I began to understand it, and the process became more and more engaging. I want to note that technical support operates around the clock, and most questions are resolved quickly. If something cannot be resolved immediately, you can leave a request, and it will definitely be processed. Sometimes I encountered less competent specialists, but that is more of an exception. You could call it minor shortcomings. Additionally, things like EGAIS, alcohol declarations, veterinary certificates, labeling, and the honest sign are processed in one window and one program, which is very convenient. I especially want to highlight my manager Alexei, with whom I launched Sbis Presto and then Sbis.Retail. He solves the most complex tasks that seem almost impossible and always sees them through to the end. He is always available and understands the tasks at hand, being 100% client-oriented. Overall, I give him 10 out of 10! I would like to see improvements in the order reception functionality for delivery. Orders do not automatically go to the admin or bar tablet, nor to the kitchen. They need to be carefully monitored in a separate delivery menu window, and there is a chance of missing an order, which creates a risk of human error. But this may be related to my specific situation; for others, it might be perfectly fine. Overall, I definitely recommend this platform.

Since 2019, I have been using SBIS to work with several companies, mainly for submitting reports. The functionality is very convenient, there is a visual accountant's calendar that reminds you of report submission deadlines. You can work both from a computer and a mobile device, reports are sent instantly, and responses from government agencies are uploaded automatically.

There is no demo version, you just pay money, and there is no option for a refund. I have been using this service for several years, and I can't seem to get rid of it. Prices keep rising, data gets blocked, and then access to it is sold. Every step requires spending. I don't know where I can switch to; I have no more strength for SBIS. I do not recommend it to anyone, unless you don't mind wasting money and nerves.

I have been working with SBIS for over 10 years, dealing with reporting and modifications. Any problems that arose were always resolved quickly and efficiently. But the day I agreed to transfer all the client's EDO data from one account to another became a real nightmare. This process has been going on for more than three weeks and is still not completed. The reporting was connected in the new account immediately for the transferred company, but the EDO archive has yet to be restored. Every day I call, waiting for over 30 minutes for an answer, and every time I get the same response: "Someone will contact you," "I will pass it on to the executor so they can get in touch with you." Three weeks have passed, and during this time, 20,000 rubles have been paid. It's just absurd.

We have been using Saby's services for a long time, starting with electronic reporting. Everything works smoothly, requests come in quickly, and notifications are available both on the computer and in the mobile app. Then we connected EDO and almost completely abandoned our paper archive.
