The prices are truly attractive; we only pay for the number, which is very convenient for us since we only receive incoming calls from clients. All other services, including the cloud PBX, are provided for free! This is a big plus, as it allows us to save on communication costs and direct funds to other business needs. The technical support is responsive and always helps resolve any issues. Recently, we switched to a new platform, and Novofon handled this task excellently. Everything was done clearly and without any problems.
