At first glance, this is an ordinary but very functional website consultant. It can be adapted to the design of your resource: buttons, colors, animations, backgrounds, and more can be customized. There are many options, so I'm sure it can be tailored to websites of any style. There are plenty of opportunities to attract and retain visitors. Of course, there is the standard invitation to chat, as in most chat systems. However, here you can interestingly configure the scenarios for these invitations. That is, instead of just spamming the user with a text window, you can react to their actions – for example, the duration of their visit, the number of pages viewed, the source of their transition, and so on. I interact with visitors through the "back" side of the chat – the operator's cabinet. This window is for receiving messages and communicating with users, all dialogues are at hand: a list of conversations on the left, and an animation shows if someone is currently typing a message. At the top, I can see how often the client has visited the site, what they have looked at, and what they are currently viewing. There is also a window for correspondence. A useful feature is the ability to transfer the dialogue to another operator. The admin panel makes it easy to view the history and statistics of all dialogues.

CleverSite is quite a simple set of tools for receiving customer requests. It includes chat and callback: the chat is designed to track visitor information and for text communication, while the callback is for organizing a return call to inform customers that we will call them back. There are also applications available for working with these tools — desktop versions for Windows and Mac, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android. The mobile apps are really impressive; they serve as an excellent tool for operators. I can't always be at my computer, often traveling. This app allows me to stay in touch with customers, consult them, and assist with purchases. As for prices, the chat is free by default, but with service ads and its own pricing structure. The callback is charged either by minutes or by the number of clients, and you need to consider the specifics of each business. If we look at minutes, each will cost at least around 4 rubles. For clients, it's from 15 rubles each. All services are offered in packages, and buying a larger volume will lower the price per unit, as is often the case. On average, one client takes about 4 minutes, so the cost will depend on the duration of the conversation. My callback is charged by the minute, and usually, a call lasts 1.5-2 minutes, no more. In my case, overpaying for each client is not cost-effective. This entire system works reliably, and the expenses can be quickly recouped. Using the service has positively impacted the number of clients.

Unfortunately, I couldn't test CleverSite in action. The reason is that the confirmation link for registration never arrived in my email. Contacting customer support yielded no results. This raises a reasonable question: if there are such insignificant (which is not really the case) problems at the registration stage, what can be expected next? The desire to use this service immediately disappears. In conclusion: I do not recommend it!

I installed the widget of this service on a website dedicated to cooking. I use it along with three of my colleagues. It’s really convenient. We always respond to clients quickly, which makes them happy. We plan to connect calls starting next month. The dashboard is quite intuitive, but the design could use an update; overall, everything is very good. I recommend it!

Secondly, the design and functionality of the messenger icons are top-notch. Installation and usage are very simple. There is no pushiness from the developers, unlike in ZhiVo and Chatra. If the store starts to generate profit, I will switch to the paid version without hesitation. Thank you for your work!

The conversion rate of our website has significantly increased, and using the widget turned out to be very simple. It can be easily adapted to the website's design, and the settings are intuitive. Great functionality that allows you to customize the widget to any requirements. Very convenient auto-invitations, flexible settings right from the admin panel, and the ability to add your own scenarios.
