At first glance, this is an ordinary but very functional website consultant. It can be adapted to the design of your resource: buttons, colors, animations, backgrounds, and more can be customized. There are many options, so I'm sure it can be tailored to websites of any style. There are plenty of opportunities to attract and retain visitors. Of course, there is the standard invitation to chat, as in most chat systems. However, here you can interestingly configure the scenarios for these invitations. That is, instead of just spamming the user with a text window, you can react to their actions – for example, the duration of their visit, the number of pages viewed, the source of their transition, and so on. I interact with visitors through the "back" side of the chat – the operator's cabinet. This window is for receiving messages and communicating with users, all dialogues are at hand: a list of conversations on the left, and an animation shows if someone is currently typing a message. At the top, I can see how often the client has visited the site, what they have looked at, and what they are currently viewing. There is also a window for correspondence. A useful feature is the ability to transfer the dialogue to another operator. The admin panel makes it easy to view the history and statistics of all dialogues.
