In today's world, it's hard to imagine a business without electronic document management and reporting. SBIS has become a great assistant for us in this area. We have been using the service for quite a while — we started with reporting, but then actively began to use other features as well. It's nice that it has all the necessary services, from reporting to production management, and everything can be conveniently used in one program. I recently signed up and looked at various programs, but this one turned out to be the best. The search filter for trades is very convenient, you can see competitors, and there's an option to set up email notifications for the platforms you're interested in, so you don't miss any trades or auctions. We decided to switch from another company to SBIS Reporting. The accountant requested an invoice, which was issued, but the promised discount for switching was not provided. It could have been up to 80%. We contacted SBIS three times: the first time we received an invoice without a discount, the second time they requested documents to obtain the discount, and then the manager disappeared. The third time, another manager called back, stating that it was unacceptable not to have a response, and promised to resolve the issue within a few days. I sent the documents again, and he disappeared once more! About 10 days later, he reappeared, apologized, saying he had been ill, and then vanished again. I wrote to them myself — in response, I got: "Did no one call you back? You are not entitled to a discount since the invoice has already been issued without a discount." It's absurd! Almost a month of this kind of "communication."

Since the implementation of the electronic document management system, we have been actively using the SBIS program. We have cash solutions, accounting and reporting, personnel management, OFD, a traceability license, and much more. We are completely satisfied. We are especially pleased with the round-the-clock technical support, but a special thanks goes to manager Marina Shcherbakova: she is always ready to help, explain, and warn, and communicating with her is top-notch.

We have been using the corporate license of Saby for a long time. We are very satisfied. The service saves a lot of time: reports are sent in just a few clicks, and the system automatically checks them for errors. Technical support responds very quickly. Automatic updates eliminate the need to keep track of changes in legislation; the document archive allows us to store all submitted reports in the personal account with marks of their acceptance. A convenient calendar for reporting. I recommend it without hesitation.

I see no advantages in this company, and there is no interest in customers. We were their clients for over 10 years, but recently we received a bill that increased by 30%. We asked for a discount of just over 2000 rubles and provided an offer from another company, but they refused. The employees who are supposed to attract clients simply respond, "Yes, go ahead and leave." I left and have already taken one client with me, and a second will follow. This is how business operates in times of crisis: due to a 2000 ruble discount, the company will lose over 60,000 rubles a year. I hope the owners pay attention to this review.
