We started using FinTablo for financial accounting about two years ago. At that time, the functionality was not very developed, and we didn't really need many features. We just needed to automate some processes and gather everything in one place so we wouldn't have to search for information in different Google Sheets. Currently, the functionality has significantly expanded. In FinTablo, you can now see all the information about the company's cash flow: what money is being spent on, balances, revenue, expenses, etc. Based on this data, profit and profitability are calculated. There is also the option to calculate salaries. We set up all the integrations, which allows many data entries to be done automatically.

I recommend everyone to try FinTablo if you don't have a full-fledged accounting system. There is a free two-week trial that allows you to assess all the advantages of this service. Previously, I managed finances using Excel and free tools, as well as various notes. This caused quite a bit of confusion, and I’m not even mentioning how much time it took to set everything up. With FinTablo, everything is much simpler: the interface is intuitive, and all the necessary functions are available. You can automatically upload statements, and if you need to enter data manually, it’s done quickly and easily. There are also daily summaries in Telegram, which keeps you updated on everything. FinTablo shows what’s happening with the company’s finances, what the sources of income are, where the money is going, and how effective the business is. Overall, all financial information is always at hand. Yes, the service is quite expensive, and many individual entrepreneurs may not want to spend extra money. But I definitely don’t intend to go back to Excel.

A convenient service for financial accounting. It's an excellent choice for small and micro businesses, where there is no need for complex accounting systems, but it's time to move on from spreadsheets. Automation saves a lot of time (no more gathering data from various statements into one table and creating formulas), and it also eliminates errors (previously, there were often duplications of transactions and mistakes in formulas – now that's no longer an issue). All reports are generated automatically; you just need to analyze them and make decisions.

At our company, we implemented the FinTablo service and have been using it for a year now. I want to note that this tool is more suitable for business owners rather than financial directors. Planning payments and creating expense schedules is very convenient. However, full-fledged analytics in this system is not possible. Although the reports, panels, and dashboards look attractive, their functionality is limited. Working with planned and actual indicators is challenging. Overall, we are satisfied with this service for solving specific tasks, but for more serious needs, more powerful software is required.

We have been using the FinTablo program for several years. Recently, it has become extremely difficult to work with. The program constantly freezes and lags. We have contacted technical support, but we only receive general recommendations for clearing the browser and closing tabs. None of this helps. Technical support just responds with template phrases and takes no action to resolve the issue. I don't know how to proceed with this.

We've been using this program for over a year, and it's been nothing but torture. You can only connect physical cards through ZenMoney, and that's where the real problems begin. The cards from ZenMoney disconnect almost daily. We've tried different banks, but there's no improvement. It's not just ZenMoney that's problematic; the integration of ZenMoney with FinTable works only one time out of ten! The balances in Zen display correctly, but not in FinTable. We start reaching out to support, but that doesn't yield any results either. Now we've decided to try ***, and if it doesn't get better, we'll go back to our usual spreadsheets.

I searched for a replacement for spreadsheets for a long time, as working with them is extremely inconvenient. I came across FinTablo, tested it, and was satisfied with the service. First of all, it has a pleasant and user-friendly interface; everything is intuitive, and there's no need to "wander around." Secondly, there is a knowledge base and a personal manager, so if any questions arise, you can always ask for help. Besides FinTablo, I tried ***, but everything there is significantly worse.

I am the director of "Flowersadem," a chain of flower shops with 45 employees. Previously, I used Excel for financial accounting, but soon I started looking for an alternative for the following reasons:

- In "Fintablo," you can not only record facts but also plan future expenses using a payment calendar, which helps avoid cash gaps.
- It is convenient that you can create accounts with different access levels, so employees only see the information relevant to their responsibilities.
- I should also mention the fast and client-oriented technical support. Overall, my impressions of working with the service are positive, and I have no desire to consider alternatives.
