We've been using this program for over a year, and it's been nothing but torture. You can only connect physical cards through ZenMoney, and that's where the real problems begin. The cards from ZenMoney disconnect almost daily. We've tried different banks, but there's no improvement. It's not just ZenMoney that's problematic; the integration of ZenMoney with FinTable works only one time out of ten! The balances in Zen display correctly, but not in FinTable. We start reaching out to support, but that doesn't yield any results either. Now we've decided to try ***, and if it doesn't get better, we'll go back to our usual spreadsheets.
