Review Time
A convenient and simple service for online booking. It is suitable for various businesses due to its versatile functionality. The main advantage is that everything is very intuitive, so neither clients nor employees will face any difficulties. For example, the booking process for a client looks like this: 1. Choosing a branch (if you have multiple locations in one or different cities); 2. Selecting a service and a specialist. The price and approximate time are indicated right away; 3. Choosing a booking time. Available and occupied slots are displayed; 4. Entering data (name, phone number) and confirming the booking. All stages can be customized. For instance, if the business does not require choosing a specialist (like in car services), you can simply book a service. All requests go into a log. Appointments can be tracked in real-time, and an instant notification is sent upon a new booking. The log is also very convenient. It has a table with specialists and times, showing available slots and appointments. The interface can be adapted, for example, by changing styles, colors, and fonts. There are also reminders for clients that can be automatically sent via SMS, email, or messengers, as well as the ability to accept prepayments from clients (through Tinkoff, Yookassa, and other systems) and many other useful features.
