At the end of summer, we started using BukhSoft. The accountant quickly mastered the program and noted that nothing is complicated; on the contrary, everything has become easier. She especially liked the reporting: if there is an error, the program indicates where and what exactly is wrong, meaning everything is automatically checked before submission. I work in accounting and recently started calculating payroll as well. For this purpose, I use the Start tariff, which so far completely satisfies me, but I plan to switch to Comfort in the future. This tariff includes integration with Sberbank, and the company where I calculate payroll works with Sber. Therefore, the integration option in Bukhsoft is very convenient. Overall, the program is wonderful, powerful, and has a wide range of functionalities, as well as an extensive help system.

With each passing year, using the trading program becomes less satisfying. 1. When adding a product, I have to change the country twice, as the fields are not linked. 2. Identification by TIN has stopped functioning. 3. Instead of tab names, hieroglyphs are displayed (though this is not the most serious issue). 4. The program constantly asks for confirmation in unnecessary places, while in necessary ones, it does not ask. ("Do you want to open the window?" But it doesn't ask about the desire to make changes). 5. It's impossible to create a custom price list; you have to order a template. 6. Offline exchange doesn't work very well. You can't enter invoices on two computers, as the exchange file will destroy all work on the other machine. I could go on listing the drawbacks, but on the other hand, for such a price, the program still performs some functions, which is already not bad. 2. It is worth noting that it works faster.

This accounting program justifies its cost! It has a wide range of features, and multiple users can work simultaneously. The rates are very favorable and stable, and there’s no need for additional payments during use. It’s easy and comfortable to work with, the interface is simple and designed in pleasant colors! Since we installed BukhSoft, our eyes and minds get tired much less ;)

Buhsoft fully meets my requirements. I can't highlight any specific blocks as more or less significant, as all aspects are important to me. However, it's worth noting that submitting reports online goes smoothly. In the previous program, this was constantly problematic. Additionally, it has an electronic digital signature, which I recently renewed remotely, without unnecessary paperwork.

I have several companies that use Bukhsoft for reporting, and it's just terrible. 1. There is no response to registered inquiries. 2. Signatures were reissued only after a MONTH of my persistent attempts and 10 inquiries. 3. There is no personal manager; every time I call, different employees answer the phone, and I have to explain the entire situation all over again. 4. There is no quality service, and they do not provide contact information for management. Right now, I have been waiting for a response to registered inquiry ##19422091## for a week. When I call the hotline, they ask me to send the request again. Overall, I am planning to leave, crossing my fingers.
