I have several companies that use Bukhsoft for reporting, and it's just terrible. 1. There is no response to registered inquiries. 2. Signatures were reissued only after a MONTH of my persistent attempts and 10 inquiries. 3. There is no personal manager; every time I call, different employees answer the phone, and I have to explain the entire situation all over again. 4. There is no quality service, and they do not provide contact information for management. Right now, I have been waiting for a response to registered inquiry ##19422091## for a week. When I call the hotline, they ask me to send the request again. Overall, I am planning to leave, crossing my fingers.
