Additionally, the support team consists of pleasant and qualified specialists, which is another plus among many others!

We are a large company and connected to this service. On the first day, they received a payment of over 50 thousand, and for two weeks now they have been refusing to withdraw the money, citing a verification process. Even after providing screenshots and documents, the funds have still not been withdrawn. The support team feels like robotic drones who don't even understand what they're writing. I spent three days trying to figure out what they actually want. Just read their messages: “We ask you to provide screenshots confirming the provision of services to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. Thank you.” How can this be understood? In the form, I indicated that I work with goods, and the payment is full prepayment. But now they are demanding that I send the goods for which they are holding the money. Why are they even needed? Prepayment is connected to avoid cash gaps, and now I'm left with clients, goods, and money. I don't understand what else to talk to them about. I dream of getting my money back and leaving. I started asking questions on social media, but they just blocked me without giving an answer. Don't be fooled and don't connect if you don't want to face a ton of problems!

We are very satisfied with the services of Robokassa! Last year, we completely transitioned to an online store format and were looking for a suitable service for accepting payments. In the end, we chose Robokassa. The setup took some time — the security service is thorough, but ultimately we signed the contract, and since then we haven't had any problems with online payments. Additionally, they send the data to the tax authorities themselves, which allows us to sleep peacefully.

Two stores were blocked for made-up reasons, and the funds were not returned. I do not recommend. The first store is ecomm, the second is related to photography. They were blocked without any explanations. As a result, the organization lost 200,000 rubles. Draw your own conclusions about whether it's worth partnering with such partners.
