I planned to set up payments on my website through this company. I provided all the necessary documents and signed the contract, but I received a refusal from the security service. I tried to find out what exactly they were unhappy with so I could make changes, but they did not respond. The security service does not explain the reasons for the refusal, and it seems that no one can get in touch with them—they are practically unreachable. In the end, they are losing reasonable clients. Perhaps it's for the best; I will continue to invoice each one separately through **** acquiring.

The service works reliably. You can issue invoices and accept payments right after registration. I had to provide a scanned contract, sign it, and take a photo. During registration, there are checks, including a tax ID verification. To automatically generate receipts, you need to connect an online cash register, which is a legal requirement, not just a whim of Yukassa.

I'm not very good with technical issues, so when I needed to set up an online cash register, I didn't even bother reading the instructions on the YuKassa website. I immediately contacted support, and they quickly answered my call. The setup turned out to be easier than I expected, thanks to the support team for their patience. Everything is fine with the payments too; the money arrives the next day.

An unfortunate experience with this service. I had to meet all the requirements and sign a contract. It took several days to do this. All the conditions on the website comply with established norms. Then came a refusal without any explanation of what exactly did not meet the criteria. Why was there a need to sign a contract? I do not wish this business good luck. I do not recommend reaching out to them.

I set up Yookassa on the Tilda platform. Payment for customers is intuitive, and for me, it’s a complete outsourcing of customer care. They can pay with a card from any payment system or electronic wallet. The module also supports split payments. All transactions for customers are absolutely secure. Funds arrive in the settlement account quickly, the fees are reasonable, and there’s no subscription fee. Everything works smoothly.
