Reliable tool for personnel accounting with the Kontur ecosystem.

I have been using Kontur.Personal for over a year for personnel accounting in our company. Overall, my impressions are positive: the system effectively automates routine processes—issuing orders, tracking vacations and sick leaves, and preparing reports for the Pension Fund and other authorities. I especially appreciate that the employee card contains all the information in one place, including part-time work. Integration with other Kontur products (Elba, Accounting) works flawlessly. On the downside, the interface is a bit outdated and takes time to get used to, and the cost of the license and setting up integration with third-party systems can be significant for small businesses. Support generally responds, but sometimes you have to wait. Overall—a reliable tool for personnel automation, especially if you are already using the Kontur ecosystem.

In fact, "Expert" doesn't offer any unique information. All these reports can be calculated independently, as they are based on known methods. Therefore, the service simply saves time. I believe it's better to pay than to spend time on self-calculations. It's easier for me to upload accounting documents and get a complete financial analysis in 5 minutes. Additionally, you can make a bankruptcy forecast, assess your creditworthiness without the need to provide documents to the bank (the methodology used is from Sberbank), as well as evaluate the likelihood of an audit from the tax service or social insurance fund, and so on. The reports are accurate and calculated correctly.

We use this service to check the creditworthiness of our business partners. If the results show low chances, we prefer to work only on a prepayment basis, while with high chances, we operate under standard conditions. We have also ordered an assessment of the likelihood of a tax audit several times. The service provides possible reasons for the audit, which can raise questions for inspectors. This allows us to correct something in advance and prepare.

This HR accounting system is worth using in the early stages of a business or when it is still not too large. It will also be suitable in cases where other systems, such as CRM or various cloud solutions, are not being used. The exception is products from Kontur, with which integration should go smoothly. We, on the other hand, use a variety of products, so in addition to almost 20,000 rubles for the license, we spent three times more and two additional months on specialists who handled the integration setup. This is, by the way, taking into account the time for testing, fixing errors, and making adjustments. We did not engage in training for the HR staff; they quickly mastered the system on their own. It’s hard to say how this will affect profitability for now. At the moment, the work of the HR staff has become easier, and they are able to complete their tasks on time.

In our region, many healthcare institutions use Kontur Personal for exporting reports and registries to the Unified State Information System for Healthcare (EGISZ). The process can be done in two ways: either manually entering data for each employee in the working window, or uploading a special file. The first option takes more time, while the second requires an automated accounting system in the institution. This is where Kontur Personal comes in handy, as it creates files that can be easily uploaded to EGISZ without unnecessary effort. Other accounting programs are not suitable because HR work in healthcare has its own specifics compared to regular manufacturing companies. SKB Kontur has developed a solution that meets all the requirements specifically for the medical field. I simply enter all the data into the system, and it processes and prepares all the necessary documents: orders, forms, reports. There are also notifications, for example, about the expiration of a category. As a result, I can download all the required information for government agencies in just a couple of clicks and upload it to EGISZ, which saves me from having to manually enter data for more than 100 employees. Everything works reliably, without failures or errors at inconvenient times. Additionally, reports can be submitted monthly to the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (FRMR).

Employee accounting through the Kontur service offers more capabilities than many other accounting programs. Most of them simply maintain a staff schedule, print T3 forms, and record occupied positions and vacancies. In this service, you can also create a staff book and orders for changes to the staff schedule and salaries. For some organizations, it will be useful to store the results of labor conditions assessments and medical examination requirements. Of course, I don’t use the full potential of the system in my work. Each employee has a separate card with complete information. Unlike other services that separate personal data and labor activity, everything is gathered in one place here, even if the employee works part-time. This allows you to see the entire picture of their work activity in one window. As for part-time work, you can generate orders for combining, substituting, and performing tasks both with and without interruption. This is suitable for any situation. The system also provides for managing vacations according to order T6 for all types. Vacations can be rescheduled in the system due to sick leave and correctly calculate payments. And finally, all necessary reporting: P4, P4 (NZ), reports for military registration offices, the Pension Fund, Rosstat, and other organizations.

In our organization, we use Kontur Elba for online reporting, but its functionality for working with personnel is quite limited. Therefore, the business owner decided to implement Kontur Personnel for the HR department. Overall, I liked the program. It's clear that it was developed with input from HR professionals, as it takes into account many nuances that arise when working with personnel. We use the inexpensive basic version, but there are special solutions for certain institutions, such as schools, hospitals, or government agencies, that consider the specifics of these organizations. The program's functionality is quite extensive. The main advantage lies in the automation of many routine tasks. For example, when an order is issued for a specific employee, the system automatically updates all changes to their status. The module for vacations and sick leave works smoothly (unlike Elba, where this aspect often had glitches). I could automatically calculate seniority, provide additional leave, or extend it due to sick leave that the employee had during their main vacation. Handling such details manually takes a lot of time and involves a lot of paperwork. If employees have overtime, it can be entered into the system for accurate payment calculation. Notifications about employee statuses are also provided. For instance, the program alerts that an employee's vacation is about to start and documents need to be prepared, or that a contract is about to expire and needs to be renewed or terminated. I wouldn’t say that the company cannot do without this program, but HR professionals would be heavily overloaded and could make mistakes. With Kontur Personnel, most routine tasks are automated, significantly simplifying the workflow. For its price, it is truly a useful tool.

The program turned out to be extremely raw. It felt like it was developed by a student for their thesis. 1. There are many inconsistencies with the legislation, especially regarding vacations. During the implementation, we asked why your Kontur Personnel does not comply with the law. The answer was: our clients have never requested this, so if you want vacation calculations to be different, you will need to pay extra! How do you like that service? :) 2. Kontur Personnel does not know what domain authentication is, which leads to numerous problems and potential consequences. For those who are not aware, this is the ability to log into Kontur Personnel automatically using your Windows password. 3. Exporting data to Excel is a whole different story. Be prepared for data from different sources to be exported differently. For example, the number 12.2 can turn into the date 12.02 of the current year. Very convenient, isn't it? :) And support is slow to fix such errors and in some cases may ask you to pay extra! In the end: think twice before choosing this raw software. The quality of support leaves much to be desired, and the specialists are incompetent. Overall, it's complete nonsense!

Chelyabinsk is a wonderful city. However, the support service is staffed by completely incompetent "specialists," most often "specialist women." They change constantly! Today they promise to help, and tomorrow they backtrack, saying, "we misunderstood." There are no dedicated curators for organizations! It's complete irresponsibility and disregard for the needs of HR professionals, especially when it comes to preparing reports for the Pension Fund! People rely on their support, particularly regarding benefits! But it turns out that the subprogram for working with the list hasn't been updated since 2017. And as always, the user finds out about this just when they are facing the threat of a fine for not submitting the report on time to the Pension Fund! And these "specialists" can only mumble, taking no responsibility for the terrible service! And really, where are the decent programmers? Run away from this circle of fraudsters and incompetent people, do not approach these collectors of wrappers who constantly mislead honest people for their own money and assure trusting employees of their qualifications!
