I won't say much, don't deal with this exchange, it's pure deception. If you lose money, it's to their advantage, but even if you manage to earn, when it's time to withdraw funds, your achievements will disappear, and only a history of unsuccessful trades that aren't yours will remain in your account. You'll watch as all your savings are withdrawn from your account. Under no circumstances should you get involved with them, or you'll regret it!
To deposit funds, they provide everything, but you won't be able to withdraw them, it's that simple. They will show you a beautiful trading balance, like in the cartoon about Alyosha Popovich, where the horse Yuliy says: you have won half a kingdom. But how do you take it? Here, excuse me, you need photos, a dental mold, and a certificate from a gynecologist. My $350 has been stuck for five months, even though now they are showing that it's $700, but in their pictures: your half a kingdom, but it's ours. In short, this is a typical scam. On other forums, I found information that they offer to write a positive review for $3. Well, guys, keep puffing up your cheeks importantly, the client isn't leaving, they're running away from you. And this situation has been going on for six months. Don't invest your money!
They are cheating people out of their money! The exchange created and executed numerous orders on its own during the holidays, resulting in me losing my funds. Although the amount isn't large, my trust in this platform has completely vanished. The support service advised me to contact the police) I do not recommend getting involved!
Fraud with money, I do not recommend trading here. Technical support responds with, "It's not our fault," while overnight the balance disappears, everything goes to orders! It's possible that the exchange itself starts trading, but only at a loss, and then you can't change anything, and from tech support, you'll only get, "We're sorry this happened to you." Withdraw your money and get out of there!
I have been trading on the exchange exmo.me for 7 years, and all the negative comments seem strange. All orders function smoothly. Withdrawals and deposits go through without any issues, as long as you do everything correctly and don't make mistakes with the details. The exchange offers the most interesting trading pairs. Currencies are removed from the list if they have low trading volume for an extended period.
I have been trading on Exmo for a long time, and the fees here are quite acceptable. I like the exchange interface, and there is also a mobile app, although, in my opinion, it is not as convenient. The graphical information is displayed well. The verification process is quite complicated, which is a downside. I haven't had any problems with deposits and withdrawals; I withdraw quite often.
The exchange took my money and is not returning it. I prohibited the withdrawal of funds, but the money has not been credited to my account, even though it was deducted from the exchange. The problem has not been resolved for several days, and officially they state that they do not know when or if it will be resolved at all. They charge fees for every transaction, and under such conditions, they still deceive you. I strongly advise against working with this exchange, as you won't even get responses from customer support!
They wait for you to start trusting them and invest a large amount, after which they zero out your funds. Customer support took 1 bitcoin (I invested $6000). When trying to withdraw money, the account freeze didn’t help — the funds just disappeared. Support said that the email was hacked, but after changing the password, no one could withdraw money for at least a day. Good luck to everyone! Protect your funds and carefully study the agreement with exchanges; this will immediately give you an understanding of the situation.
This exchange has now become a real thief. If you have a small amount of cryptocurrency left in your accounts and the funds are not moving, the exchange now deducts your money for "inactivity." It seems that the management of the exchange is no longer satisfied with their profits, and they changed the policy unilaterally. They are simply robbing you! I do not recommend this exchange!
I invested 6,000 rubles in BTG, but the exchange immediately blocked any operations! Neither transactions nor trading were available. A message appeared on the screen saying the operation was blocked by the administrator. I contacted customer support, but they started ignoring me, citing changes in the IP address. They asked me to send a video selfie — I did that. Then they requested a video screenshot from the exchange where I deposited the funds, as well as to show my wallet with the money and the transaction itself! This is simply unacceptable! But even after that, they continued to ignore me. In the end, I lost 6,000 rubles! It's not worth investing your money in this crypto dump!
