I have been trading on Exmo for a long time, and the fees here are quite acceptable. I like the exchange interface, and there is also a mobile app, although, in my opinion, it is not as convenient. The graphical information is displayed well. The verification process is quite complicated, which is a downside. I haven't had any problems with deposits and withdrawals; I withdraw quite often.
