The exchange took my money and is not returning it. I prohibited the withdrawal of funds, but the money has not been credited to my account, even though it was deducted from the exchange. The problem has not been resolved for several days, and officially they state that they do not know when or if it will be resolved at all. They charge fees for every transaction, and under such conditions, they still deceive you. I strongly advise against working with this exchange, as you won't even get responses from customer support!
