It's not like when you submit a request at one price and an hour later you receive an amount at a different rate. That doesn't happen here. I would like the support to respond faster. Also, it would be great to lower the fees so that they are like in P2P.

The constant returns are just baffling. I sent them cryptocurrency, but it never appeared in my account, and I waited a long time. The sending process went smoothly, but my account was silent. I contacted support, and they started demanding the application number, cash number, amount, screenshots—I barely managed to gather all this information. In the end, I was told that a return was made, but the amount was less, and it's unclear why the money wasn't credited. I feel like there's something wrong with these returns. Moreover, the return I received didn't pass AML. I had to ask them to send it back to Tron so they could process the return. Because of all these transfers, I lost time and paid fees. My nerves are on edge, because if I hadn't contacted support, my money would have just been stuck with them, and there would have been nothing in the system account. I read reviews and see that many people are losing money. I saw a video on YouTube—it's the same situation. It seems they really are scammers.

Avoid this service. All claims about cooperation with banks are just a façade. In practice, if the transfer exceeds 100,000 rubles, it gets blocked. I tried to convert rubles to USDT, and the operation got stuck. It's impossible to contact technical support; they simply do not respond to requests. Your money will remain blocked, and getting it back will be impossible.
