I transferred 900 euros, the deduction happened, but the money hasn't arrived in my account. They say the funds should return within 14 days, but according to reviews, no one has gotten their money back. Who can help? What can be done? I registered, then I try to log in with my username and password, but the system says the information is incorrect. I reset the password, receive a link in my email, go through it, and I'm told that an SMS with the new password will be sent to my phone, but the SMS never arrives. If anyone understands what I'm talking about, please respond, or maybe I need to go through full verification first without leaving the site? And only then log out and log back in as needed? In the end, my account is blocked, and when I try to create a new one, the problem repeats.

We were opening a legal entity in a European country and provided all the necessary documents several times. We reached out to customer support. In the end, we were simply denied without any explanations. Meanwhile, there were technical errors on the website. If the company really wants to work with legal entities, the website needs to be more efficient. This was a waste of time and nerves.

I tried to register with Advanced Cash. At first, everything went well. But when I started the verification process, my account was immediately blocked. I requested clarification, but I received a response that they are not obligated to explain anything. Apparently, customers are not that important to them. The technical support always answered any questions, even those that might have seemed silly. For some time, I kept funds in this service, using it as a wallet. I didn't apply for a card since it wasn't necessary. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

The AdvCash.com service has become almost like family to me; I have been using it for several years. It has a user-friendly interface and quick fund transfers to the account, and the wallet is generally quite reliable. However, there are some downsides. The fees are high, and there is no option to create a ruble account, but I have already gotten used to currency conversion.

First, they suspended the ability to top up with cryptocurrency in USDT (and some other options) for several months, then 3 or 4 months ago, under the pretext of technical work, they disabled all Union Pay cards. They continue to charge for the card service, but the card is completely unusable. At all! The card cost $100. What annoys me the most is their newsletters to all clients about "reliability." An awful company of scammers. Protect your money and nerves, don't deal with them.

I used this wallet for a short time, and here's why: huge fees for any currency. If you're transferring money between Payeer and AdvCash, it's still acceptable. However, in other cases, the fees eat up a significant portion of your funds. Withdrawing funds takes a lot of time; you have to wait from 5 to 30 hours to transfer money to another wallet (not Payeer) or to a foreign card. I could list the pros, but unfortunately, these two cons overshadow all the advantages of this wallet. I do not recommend it.

Since 2017, I have been using this service and have transferred amounts over 1,000 dollars without any issues. In October 2022, I decided to deposit 600 dollars (which is now about 50,000 rubles) into a savings account. In February 2023, without any notifications, this service was closed. I submitted a request for a refund (including documents, selfies, and other *****). I was promised that the money would be returned within 7-14 days. However, two months have passed, and after about 15 inquiries to customer support, it turned out that the money is with their contractor/supplier. They have no relation to it and advised me to contact them directly. The contractor **** has not responded since February. The situation seems absurd and foolish. I entrusted my money to Advcash, through their website and personal account, not to some third-party suppliers. It's comparable to if an iPhone's screen broke under warranty, and they sent you to Samsung (the supplier of screens for Apple). Or like in a bank, if money was deducted from your account and they said: our client, who made a deposit, took their money back, and your account was paid with their money, we used it. Now go and find them if you want to get your funds back.

I used their services for about a year. Everything was functioning normally, but then the deposits stopped coming, and withdrawing funds became unavailable. They refer to notifications that supposedly were sent to my email, and to partners who never returned my money. In the end, there are no funds in my account, and I was called a slanderer. That's their service. They've fallen below the floor.
