Some may consider the price high, but I disagree, as the cost decreases substantially with the annual subscription. Moreover, when used correctly, trading bots can generate passive income that quickly covers the subscription costs. It is crucial to work with them carefully and have enough capital in the exchange account to create safety trades. Other than that, it is a convenient platform for working with multiple exchanges. For example, I use 3 out of all the supported platforms. Of course, you can log into different accounts, but why do that when everything can be managed from one window? This is especially important due to the price differences of assets across different exchanges. The greatest benefit will go to those who work with 10 or more exchanges.

Overall, I am mostly satisfied. The universal trading terminal is really good, the TV charts, tools, and everything else are at a high level. However, the situation with the bots is somewhat worse. The problem is not only that careless use can lead to losses (the service is not to blame here; traders make mistakes themselves), but also that they sometimes malfunction. To avoid this, you need to constantly monitor them. Here are some examples: - Stop-loss orders can stop being placed. If you miss this moment, you can quickly go into the red, especially with futures. - Take-profit doesn't always trigger. The bot may not close the trade even if the conditions are met. If the market goes against you at that time, you lose profit. Sometimes the grid of stop-loss orders is set incorrectly, but this has only happened a couple of times, and I haven't encountered it in a long time. The previous problems occur much more frequently, and because of them, I have suffered serious losses several times. Nevertheless, over a couple of years of use, I have earned significantly more than I lost, considering the cost of the service.

I have tried several similar solutions and have heard about many alternatives. As for 3Commas, it is quite decent. Although it is not a leader in terms of functionality, *** has more features and supported exchanges. On the positive side, I would note the reasonable pricing policy, support for 23 exchanges, an intuitive interface, a powerful trading terminal, quality bots, and the ability to copy strategies from other users. The drawbacks include occasional errors in the bots' performance and an ineffective pricing structure. The latter was the most disappointing. There is no point in the cheap and mid-tier plans: either a free one with strict limitations or the most expensive one with unlimited options. However, the price is still lower than many alternatives (for example, ***), and with proper use, the costs quickly pay off. Using 3Commas has increased my income from auto-trading by about a third.

I have been using 3commas for a long time and was generally satisfied. However, over the past two weeks, there have been issues with the FTX exchange. The trading bot was not functioning correctly. At first, 3commas support tried to blame me, claiming that this was how it was supposed to be. But after I sent them a video, they admitted that there were problems with the keys and that the exchange was undergoing unplanned API updates, and they couldn't say when it would be finished. As a result, I was able to open my account and found out that I had been liquidated because support was unaware of the updates. They claimed that the exchange had issues and that I needed to wait. Support only answers the simplest questions, and if you ask something more complex, you get a response along the lines of "you have some problems," and the question is closed. You will have to solve your issues on your own, regardless of whether you paid for an annual subscription or are using the free plan. I left them feedback about the support service, but no one even bothered to ask what was wrong. In the end, I had to figure everything out and resolve all the issues myself. The main thing is that I was able to solve them. As a result, this is an absolutely low-quality company. If you are planning to pay them money for using dubious features, you might as well spend that money on something useful.

I have been using this platform since 2018. Until October of last year, it was quite decent, but now it seems like it has been sold or something has changed. The interface has become inconvenient, and many useful features have disappeared. The most serious issue is that since February 2023, the platform's performance has become ineffective. It's no longer possible to return to the previous mode where you could run 100-200 bots simultaneously. With the slightest market fluctuation, trades go into error, and the bots can't close because Binance, where most operate, blocks them via API. The platform is set up to send too many requests. It’s impossible to close trades manually since the connection to the exchange via API is blocked for 10 minutes. Be careful: the platform is only suitable for beginners, and you can lose a lot, so it's better to steer clear of it. Support acts like nothing is happening, and the chats are full of user complaints, but no one seems to care.
