I have been using this platform since 2018. Until October of last year, it was quite decent, but now it seems like it has been sold or something has changed. The interface has become inconvenient, and many useful features have disappeared. The most serious issue is that since February 2023, the platform's performance has become ineffective. It's no longer possible to return to the previous mode where you could run 100-200 bots simultaneously. With the slightest market fluctuation, trades go into error, and the bots can't close because Binance, where most operate, blocks them via API. The platform is set up to send too many requests. It’s impossible to close trades manually since the connection to the exchange via API is blocked for 10 minutes. Be careful: the platform is only suitable for beginners, and you can lose a lot, so it's better to steer clear of it. Support acts like nothing is happening, and the chats are full of user complaints, but no one seems to care.
