I have been using 3commas for a long time and was generally satisfied. However, over the past two weeks, there have been issues with the FTX exchange. The trading bot was not functioning correctly. At first, 3commas support tried to blame me, claiming that this was how it was supposed to be. But after I sent them a video, they admitted that there were problems with the keys and that the exchange was undergoing unplanned API updates, and they couldn't say when it would be finished. As a result, I was able to open my account and found out that I had been liquidated because support was unaware of the updates. They claimed that the exchange had issues and that I needed to wait. Support only answers the simplest questions, and if you ask something more complex, you get a response along the lines of "you have some problems," and the question is closed. You will have to solve your issues on your own, regardless of whether you paid for an annual subscription or are using the free plan. I left them feedback about the support service, but no one even bothered to ask what was wrong. In the end, I had to figure everything out and resolve all the issues myself. The main thing is that I was able to solve them. As a result, this is an absolutely low-quality company. If you are planning to pay them money for using dubious features, you might as well spend that money on something useful.
