I tried to purchase an add-on on plati.ru, but the only payment option available was lava. It turned out that I needed to make a transfer to an individual through SBP, which already raises suspicions of fraud with drops. I transferred the money, and that was it — no product, no refund. I wrote to the Telegram bot, but only received standard responses, such as: "Thank you for your patience. Your payment is under review. It is impossible to provide approximate timelines, as everything is processed individually. Please wait." They can't even give an estimated timeframe for the crediting. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with these scammers.

If you are planning to set up payment on your website through the LAVA payment system, you might as well not even try. On all the sites I attempted to connect, LAVA strictly adhered to its requirements. As a result, all three projects were rejected. Technical support responds with standard texts like, "Unfortunately, the security service does not provide specific reasons for rejection, as this could violate the confidentiality of the moderation process...". It feels like the moderators of this service were chosen at random, as they couldn't approve any of the three projects that fully met all the requirements.
