BIFIT Cash Register

For the past couple of years, I have been using their main retail software. I had tried other options before, but they didn't work for me. In the end, I chose their software. For the first two years, I could use the basic plan for free, but I needed more features. So I switched to the paid plan almost immediately. Out of all the software I tested, this turned out to be the most optimal in terms of price and quality. Overall, I am satisfied. I might purchase the courier program in the future; I'm still considering whether I should get into delivery.

The program is excellent, offering a lot of possibilities. This is more than enough for my work. I haven't encountered any major issues so far. When questions arise, I often find answers in their knowledge base, and sometimes I get tips on social media. The technical support works well and always helps if I can't figure things out on my own.

I contacted this company for a turnkey cash register service. They helped me choose the right device and explained all the advantages and features of their software in detail. I also liked that everything I needed was included, without any additional upselling. The technical support answers all questions and is available even on weekends. I recommend them!

When the program was still being developed, the support at Bifit Cash was helpful in resolving any issues. However, the attitude of some employees has worsened now. The last straw for me was when a girl answered my call. I had problems with the barcode and QR code scanner, and the employee advised me to contact another service for its repair. I explained that this situation had happened before, and we were helped to connect the scanner through Uni Desk. She started to argue with me. In the end, I said that I would call another Bifit Cash employee. Fortunately, a customer helped me figure out the system and connect the scanner; he noted that the port on the Bifit Cash side was disconnected. Shouldn't customers be doing the work of employees? What are we paying for? I also requested that a product not be removed from sale, but this issue has still not been resolved, even though the product is on the shelves. Because of this, there is a queue at the cash register while the product is not available for sale, and the cashier should not be dealing with such issues. The product should be sold so that customers leave satisfied. I would like Bifit Cash to pay more attention to its clients and raise the level of professionalism in their support service. After all, there are specialists who understand the problems of their work, and there are those who do not wish to delve into the essence of the issue.

It should be noted that this is quite specific software. Like with any software of this type, I also had to work with it a bit. Nevertheless, the average BUSINESS license includes almost 90% of the necessary functions for working at the cash register and is reasonably priced. Technical support is already included in the cost of the plan. Try getting through to tech support at competitors. There are solutions where just the integration with 1C will cost 510 rubles/month, and connecting a bank terminal will add another 3000 rubles. So consider the expenses and explore the possibilities of alternatives. "BIFIT Cash Register" is truly a good solution.

The plan is free for two years. We chose it for our flower shop. The downside is that the option to call technical support is only available on the paid plan. Responses via email come through the personal account. There is a limit on the number of products. There are no restrictions on connecting the cash register, scanner, and bank. You can upload products using Excel.

I took advantage of the promotion and tested the Business tariff for free for a month. At first, not everything was clear, so I asked questions and received answers while studying the program. By the end of the free period, I realized that I didn't want to part with this service and had already started using it on a paid basis. Managing three stores became much easier, with less stress and various issues. We are growing, thanks to the company Bifit!

After the reorganization and modernization of the store, as well as the increase in space, we acquired more modern POS software. Now we have a serious approach in the store, which inspires both me and the salespeople to work productively. Sales have significantly increased, and there are more female customers aged 25 and older. The website does an excellent job of providing information, and if any questions arise, the managers are always ready to help. It's definitely worth taking advantage of the free trial period. Don't be afraid of updates; after them, the software works even faster.
