BotHelp is a platform for creating chatbots and funnels for Telegram, VK, and WhatsApp. I use it for automating sales and support. Pros: convenient visual editor, templates, analytics. I recommend it.

The functionality is decent. But that's where the positives end. Be prepared to check the service's performance every hour to make sure the settings haven't gone awry. I often lost money because the ads kept running, while the integration with messengers like Facebook, or the service itself, simply didn't work. In the end, I think I lost about $3000. The company is completely unresponsive in such situations, claiming they do not reimburse losses. They don't even offer discounts on their service. Getting an extension for the days when the service was down is a real challenge. In short, the service is nonexistent. It's a shame that there is only one competent person on the team — assistant Elena, who can actually help. The others respond like robots, repeating the same thing over and over.

Responses from support come hours later, and the word "responds" isn't quite accurate here, as they just send ready-made articles that don't solve the problem. Overall, I've never left negative reviews before, but I'm really frustrated this time. I do not recommend this service. The customer service is simply terrible. I do not advise this service.

During the free webinar, Dmitry actively urged participants to sign up for the course, and I, succumbing to emotions, paid a deposit of 5000 rubles. Unfortunately, I can no longer attend the course for objective reasons and requested a refund of the deposit. There was no response for a long time, and when I finally received an answer, they refused, citing some rules that were not mentioned at the time of payment. I consider this a scam for money!

I needed to choose a platform for automated funnels and understand its features. Who better to get information from before training than practitioners? I attended a free 5-day training. In my opinion, it's a decent idea for those selling the platform and wanting it to be chosen over others. On the first day, Dmitry explained that the course is usually paid, but it's free now as they're promoting their services. The information was somewhat useful in the first two days, but even then, there were hints that "you can afford any expenses if you really want to" — not the best approach for a digital company. By the third day, it became clear — it was all about selling their courses, repeating the same things: "only now!! last chance!!". I counted eight such repetitions. Someone taught them that sales should happen in the middle of the training, otherwise everyone will leave. Out of curiosity, I kept listening while doing my own tasks, and I was completely convinced that it was a nightmare: as a BONUS, they sent a template of a terrible message that we receive every day in our personal messages: "hi, I saw your account, I liked it, let’s promote it". I immediately delete such messages from both my personal and corporate accounts. It's intrusive spam. So, they are teaching spam. And how do they sell their services: on the third day, they started talking about energies, visualizing desires, and that you deserve this! It's awful! Conversations about a million rubles spent on training, and now it's free, and later for "a measly" 20-40-60 thousand, they are ready to share with us. Out of love for people and art. This was poor training, Dmitry – for 1 million rubles. No one falls for such tricks anymore. They don’t answer relevant questions in the chat, only those related to purchasing the course and payments. I unsubscribed from all newsletters and channels. I clicked the unsubscribe button and wrote real letters saying I didn’t need anything else. The next morning, I received another message on Telegram. Calls about the course. Calls from managers with different numbers across various channels. I’m fed up! I told each one to stop, I didn’t need anything more. And each one replies: "I’m not aware, it’s not noted in our system". And these people sell knowledge on how to automate sales??? It’s real! It doesn’t work for them! Or do they have a system of pushing and calling? Is it worth working with such people? And becoming like them? The emails continue from new addresses. The calls have stopped, but I blocked several numbers. Maybe their number is still limited. It’s not so much disappointment as it is an unpleasant feeling. After the second useful session, I was already ready to pay for an account on the platform, but the third session ruined everything. It turns out we were deceived — they only sell accounts and everything is for that. The app keeps calling. It’s impossible! I don’t regret the time spent so that others can understand what kind of company this is.

The bot freezes for hours, and I have to explain to my students that the problem is with the builder, while the course itself works fine. But should this concern them if they have already paid? It's a pity that a month and a half ago I didn't check the reviews about Bothelp on your site. After all the work done, I am now looking for where I can move the bot. Can you suggest bot builders that function without crashes, freezes, and lags?

The service for creating mini landing pages and chatbots in messengers is quite easy to master compared to many competitors. I often use it in my work with online schools. I usually create a mini landing page with buttons to transition to messengers, which serves as a "Thank You" page after registering for a webinar. When a user selects a specific messenger button, they enter the bot's notification chain. The service integrates with the Bizon 365 webinar platform, allowing you to check in the bot's settings whether a person attended a specific webinar and based on that, offer various options for further actions. Positive points: - 2 weeks of free trial - detailed instructions for setting up most features - adequate technical support - high speed of bot operation Negative points: - the interface is still a bit rough, sometimes there are failures in the service - with rapid growth of the subscriber base, the price becomes less "democratic" - the subscriber base cannot be used in other services.

The bot's functionality completely satisfies me; it is great for basic needs. However, the customer support leaves much to be desired. Once, I decided to ask a question about the functionality, and I received consultation, after which I rated the specialist as "average." After that, the specialist started persistently asking why I gave that rating, as it is considered a poor result for them, and they asked me to change it.

I liked the ease of use; everything is accessible and there are instructions. The support is top-notch; one night they helped me resolve an error in the funnel. I recommend it; I've been using it for about a year now, and during this time there have been many updates, which is also great. You can work in VK, Telegram, Viber, Instagram, and WhatsApp. I create funnels and mailings in Telegram. They added voice messages, videos, and formatting. The mailings work much faster compared to other services. There is no statistics for Telegram, but that's a problem with the platform itself, so I don't consider it a downside for the service.

I use it in combination with targeted advertising. It’s also suitable for building a warm database if you use a lead magnet. We conducted a test for psychologists and noted that you can send an unlimited number of messages — it doesn’t affect the cost. We sent out between 3,000 to 5,000 messages a day and paid for a database of up to 1,000 people, which is quite good.
