I didn't find any serious drawbacks. Minor issues, like getting caught in spam, aren't worth mentioning; they are present in all similar services. However, there are many positive aspects. The service interface is very user-friendly and intuitive, requiring no hints. The option for free usage is also supported. There are both push and email newsletters. The former are always free, while the latter are free until the subscriber base exceeds 200. For me, this lasted a month, after which I had to start paying as new clients came in. But it's clear that email marketing continues to work. The databases are checked for spam traps, and harmful addresses are filtered out. You can also set up automation so that emails are automatically sent to new clients when they are added to the database. The email editor is executed beautifully. You can create a nice email that will be adapted for mobile devices, tablets, and monitors. I checked, and indeed, the designs are responsive and display correctly. I'm satisfied with the price of the service; I've encountered cheaper alternatives, but their quality is significantly worse. I don't see any point in considering more expensive options, as they don't offer anything new.

Honestly, I had higher expectations. In reality, it’s just bright promises, and in practice, it works like all the others. What disappointed me: first of all, there’s no guarantee that emails won’t end up in SPAM, despite the promises. Statistically, I noticed that many emails were never delivered. I won't even discuss the open rates, although maybe that’s my fault. Secondly, the sending through Viber works strangely. Ideally, if the messenger is installed on the client's phone, it should be used. I have acquaintances in my mailing list (for testing) who also receive this email. So, despite having the messenger, they received regular SMS instead. The positive aspects are primarily related to the free notifications. I thought it was just another promotional offer, but they really are free. Many people are falling for this now, so it can be used. Another advantage is access to terminal databases, which is useful for SMS mailings. This is important for those who don’t have their own database or want to expand it. There’s an option for targeting settings, and you can even specify neighborhoods and streets in cities. After the mailing, a detailed report is provided.

Overall, Notisend delights users. It offers not only traditional messaging methods like SMS and emails but also a recently popular channel—push notifications. These notifications appear in the corner of the screen when the user allows them to show in the browser. And what’s nice is that this functionality is offered for free, without any of the limitations that usually accompany free services, such as sending limits or service advertisements. The other features are paid. The prices here are average, just like those of competitors. Don’t be fooled by enticing low SMS rates; this is a common marketing tactic with prices "starting from." In reality, average operator rates are taken, a markup is added, and the final cost is established. You can indeed save with regional operators, but when sending messages to large companies like MTS, Megafon with Yota, Beeline, and Tele2, the prices remain on par. On average, it’s about 2 rubles per SMS, with a slight decrease for MTS, likely due to partnership agreements. However, there’s a great opportunity: you don’t have to send SMS at those rates when a messenger is available. Currently, only Viber is supported, but I hope they will add others in the future, like WhatsApp and Telegram. The advantage is that I pay about 2 rubles for SMS, while for Viber it’s less than 0.5 rubles. That’s a 4-fold savings for a similar result. Although there is a slight risk that a message in a messenger might be ignored since SMS are taken more seriously. And finally, standard email newsletters. There’s not much to say here; I haven’t used them as I consider them almost useless for promotion, at least in my segment. Perhaps it’s relevant for B2B, but definitely not for B2C.

They position themselves as a MAILING service, but in reality, they delivered nothing, ignoring their promises on the website. I approached them with my email list of 60,000 addresses, of which 94% were clean, valid, and 100% working. After paying for the mailing, I received only 500 delivered emails out of 60,700. The remaining 60,000 ended up in spam! I contacted support to ask why this happened. The website states that you offer a MAILING service and have SPAM PROTECTION. I paid for the delivery of my emails, but it didn't happen. In response, I was told that I needed to "warm up" the domain and provide LOGS of user registrations confirming their consent to receive the mailing. They claimed that the mailing was completed and that the fact the emails went to spam was not their concern, even though this was not mentioned in the service's terms! I provided proof that my database is legitimate and that users agreed to the mailing, but they continue to insist that they fulfilled their obligations, and I should just accept it. In the end, I lost almost 6,000 rubles. Nothing was delivered, and they refuse to keep their promises. This is not a mailing service, but some kind of scam that does not take responsibility for its words and work, indistinguishable from a regular SMTP server.

All newsletters sent through this service end up in spam, and no settings help change the situation. Essentially, this is not a service for newsletters, but just a way to extort money. You won't get anything for your money; the emails won't reach your subscribers. Getting a refund will also be difficult; we had to contact the police because they refuse to return the payment.

The advantages are the affordable price and a convenient editor with templates for newsletters. However, the automated mailing from the site is completely unsatisfactory. For two years, whenever we set up the automatic mailing, our own addresses constantly unsubscribe from informational emails, such as password recovery, applications, and registration information. We haven't been able to fix this problem, so I plan to switch to another service — we are losing clients, I do not recommend it.

They refuse to pay out commissions for attracted clients for any reason. I recommend being cautious and choosing other services to work with. Over several years, a decent amount has accumulated for withdrawal, and when I decided to get it, I was told that I have "partner" accounts (what this means is unclear), and they do not intend to pay anything. Meanwhile, all accounts have funds from clients.

I really like this business tool for newsletters. I have been using it for over a year now. First of all, it's worth noting that the service offers excellent statistics, where you can see data on email opens, link clicks, and so on. I also like the feature that allows you to track whether emails land in the "inbox." I have no complaints about the NotiSend settings. I previously worked with other mailing services, so it was easier for me to adapt. You can use ready-made templates to create newsletters or develop your own unique version. If you don't have your own database, you can use NotiSend's databases, choosing them by age and region. I recommend this service for setting up newsletters. It is user-friendly, affordable, and works smoothly.

I continue to explore services for setting up newsletters and chatbots. This time I came across NotiSend.ru for email newsletters. What I liked: — it's great that there's the option to send 5,000 emails for free — a database of up to 200 contacts is also available at no cost — the ability to track competitors' newsletters — this pleased me, although I think the database in the free version isn't very extensive, or in general — ready-made templates. I have no complaints since this is my first experience. Guys, big thumbs up to you!

Notisend suggests using messaging through VK and TG instead of SMS. Why is this beneficial? It's significantly cheaper and allows for substantial cost savings on mailings, especially with large volumes. Many people actively use messengers. Here's how it works: - For VK. The service first tries to send a message via VK. If that fails, a standard SMS is sent. - For TG. The service searches for the user by number in TG, and if found, sends the confirmation code through TG Gateway. If that doesn't work, a regular SMS is sent. In the end, the result is the same (the message is delivered to the client), but the costs are much lower.
