Zadarma: IP Telephony, Virtual Numbers, Cloud PBX, Free Calls

I connected a virtual number for a client to track calls from advertising sources (Direct/Adwords). This allows me to see the number of calls on specific days, as well as the numbers and duration of each call. Of course, it would be great to have the ability to listen to these calls, like in Chaser :) But for such a low price, the service is completely justified. The cost of one minute is 0.95 rubles, and if the call lasts less than a minute, a correspondingly smaller amount is charged. There is also the option to export call statistics to Excel. The system is very simple and convenient to use.

Numbers 8 (800) are the most affordable. The phone setup is simple. We use this service for landing pages and are satisfied. Pros: - Easy setup for call forwarding to a mobile phone and to multiple numbers - Call recording can be activated with one click. - They provide a Moscow number for free when ordering 8800 - Good selection of numbers from different countries - Free calls within the network Cons: - The setup instructions are a bit confusing Overall, we are happy with the service! It is one of the best telephony services in Russia.

Among competitors, this service really stands out - they don't push their services on you (although you'll still have to set it up yourself, but the instructions are quite helpful). The prices for numbers are affordable, and the cost of calls is slightly lower than that of competitors (by 4 kopecks). The functionality of the PBX is impressive, but there's one wish - I would like a multi-level voice menu. On the plus side, there's free integration with Bitrix 24 and free call recording. However, there are also downsides: the support chat window sometimes closes, and then you have to rewrite everything, and a couple of times on weekends the number didn't work due to missed payments (it would be nice if the number was automatically renewed and money was deducted from the card without unnecessary actions).

This is not a service, but a complete nerve-wracking experience. I registered to get a virtual number. I added money, and then I received a message saying that my document photos had arrived. Four days passed, and they informed me that the photos were not accepted; I needed to take a picture holding the document, writing the date and the word ZADARMA. Fine, I sent it. Another four days later, they told me that the photo quality was unsatisfactory and I needed to do it again. Guys, what are you thinking? With this attitude, you can go to hell. What kind of inadequate moderation is this, as if you’re recruiting for the CIA? I do not recommend getting involved with ZADARMA; nerve cells do not regenerate.

We have been working with Zadarma for four months now. We connected a PBX with three numbers: one Russian and two European. It's very convenient that everything is in one system. So far, there have been no failures, and I hope there won't be any problems in the future either. We receive calls well; there are five of us in the office. I've heard a lot of negative reviews about Zadarma, but I can say from my experience that renting numbers from them is indeed inexpensive, and the PBX is provided completely free of charge. We didn't choose this service among all the similar ones for nothing.

Manager Stanislav clearly ignores the client, suggesting that they solve their problems on their own. He insists that my account does not exist, even though I call from it regularly. His response: contact your supervisor. He constantly displays rudeness, not even greeting me. During the call, the other party cannot hear me, only noise. I called from Russia to various countries in Europe and the USA.

I tried to call a specific number through this "wonder," and after connecting, if the subscriber is busy, a pleasant girl answers but stays silent. I sigh and ask, "Where have I ended up?" In response, I hear, "Who do you need?" And no matter who I name, they always reply, "Please hold," while your money keeps disappearing. Then this lady will just say, "Call back later." Instead of helping people, they deceive them. I made the call from their website. When installing the app, you have to allow call recording. In short — a scam and nothing more.

"Free" is just a name. In reality, it's a scam. I barely manage to top up my balance, and I'm already not making calls, and I've turned off call forwarding, yet my money still disappears as soon as I blink. They showed me some crazy statistics and rates for incoming calls, and in two weeks, they deducted 1000 rubles from my account twice. I didn't agree to this. When I started working with them, this was not mentioned! I needed an 8 800 number so that clients from my city and region could call me. Moreover, using this service is extremely inconvenient: the app crashes, and there are other issues, while I'm paying a fortune for it! I'd rather get a Beeline SIM card for 600 rubles a month, with 1300 minutes to all phones in Russia, free incoming calls, and unlimited internet. Instead of giving away 1000 every month and being ripped off! Today, September 10, they deducted 1000 rubles without permission, even though I had 6 dollars in my balance. On September 2, I topped up with 12 dollars, and a week later, I was left with 6. I only receive incoming calls: sometimes I talk for 3-5 minutes, and other times I explain for 20 minutes. The money flies away, and it's just noise! It's a real scam! I called the staff to get back the deducted 1000 rubles. They said that as soon as the balance runs out, we won't need their services anymore. The consultant didn't even ask for the reason! It's complete nonsense! Just extra inconveniences for us and our clients, and they keep taking money out of nowhere!

We had experience working with this service. At first, we were happy that the prices were significantly lower than those of competitors, but after a month, we realized what was going on. Imagine how you feel excited, only to receive calls not about car repairs, but about earplugs. It's just awful! We started complaining, and eventually found out that their numbers don't stay idle, meaning they don't sit unused for a month. They are almost immediately put up for sale. By the way, we found the website for those earplugs, and they still list the phone number we bought from Zadarma. We wrote to them many times, but to no avail. So keep this in mind. If you decide to use Zadarma, make sure to listen to the calls and quickly change your number if you start getting calls about earplugs or something even more unpleasant. In the end, we changed our numbers, but the bad taste remained.

Scammers, they dragged out the process, constantly making excuses. They said to do one thing — I did it, and then it turned out that it was impossible. In the end, they promised to return the money within 1-2 banking days, but I seriously doubt that; it looks like a scam. After registration, they requested a photo with a sign in one hand and a passport in the other. I explained that the person who ordered the phone is ill and cannot take such a photo, and that someone needs to come and help with this — in response, they wrote that documents from the new owner were needed for re-registration. I uploaded them, but it turned out that re-registration was impossible. Time, nerves, and money have been wasted — it seems like they are just scammers who are stalling and confusing things.
