"Free" is just a name. In reality, it's a scam. I barely manage to top up my balance, and I'm already not making calls, and I've turned off call forwarding, yet my money still disappears as soon as I blink. They showed me some crazy statistics and rates for incoming calls, and in two weeks, they deducted 1000 rubles from my account twice. I didn't agree to this. When I started working with them, this was not mentioned! I needed an 8 800 number so that clients from my city and region could call me. Moreover, using this service is extremely inconvenient: the app crashes, and there are other issues, while I'm paying a fortune for it! I'd rather get a Beeline SIM card for 600 rubles a month, with 1300 minutes to all phones in Russia, free incoming calls, and unlimited internet. Instead of giving away 1000 every month and being ripped off! Today, September 10, they deducted 1000 rubles without permission, even though I had 6 dollars in my balance. On September 2, I topped up with 12 dollars, and a week later, I was left with 6. I only receive incoming calls: sometimes I talk for 3-5 minutes, and other times I explain for 20 minutes. The money flies away, and it's just noise! It's a real scam! I called the staff to get back the deducted 1000 rubles. They said that as soon as the balance runs out, we won't need their services anymore. The consultant didn't even ask for the reason! It's complete nonsense! Just extra inconveniences for us and our clients, and they keep taking money out of nowhere!
