Scammers, they dragged out the process, constantly making excuses. They said to do one thing — I did it, and then it turned out that it was impossible. In the end, they promised to return the money within 1-2 banking days, but I seriously doubt that; it looks like a scam. After registration, they requested a photo with a sign in one hand and a passport in the other. I explained that the person who ordered the phone is ill and cannot take such a photo, and that someone needs to come and help with this — in response, they wrote that documents from the new owner were needed for re-registration. I uploaded them, but it turned out that re-registration was impossible. Time, nerves, and money have been wasted — it seems like they are just scammers who are stalling and confusing things.
