I don't have any serious complaints about the service so far. The exchange at a good rate is always pleasing. It's not like when you submit a request at one price and an hour later you receive an amount at a different rate. That doesn't happen here. I would like the support to respond faster. Also, it would be great to lower the fees so that they are like in P2P.
