I do not recommend using this service. I requested a refund, and it has been over a month, even though the website initially stated a timeframe of up to 10 business days. The support team keeps postponing the resolution, promising 10 business days, but the actual timelines keep getting extended. The service does not adhere to its own refund policies, and users have to literally beg for their money. There is a complete disregard for deadlines and a lack of accountability. I am attaching screenshots of the correspondence.

I have been using Veles for six months now and I want to emphasize that they do everything for the convenience of their users: the onboarding for newcomers is very user-friendly and clear, the support team is always ready to help and explains everything in detail, and they regularly release materials and streams on relevant topics related to strategies and trading in general. It's also worth noting the active and vibrant community — that's a big plus as well. They take user feedback into account and develop unique tools that have no analogs in the market. I am completely satisfied.

Great platform with reasonable fees, I recommend it. Right now, I'm working on setting up full trading automation, but the tool is quite complex, I think I need to figure it out a bit more. I've watched a lot of videos on YouTube, where everything is explained clearly. It's best to test the bots first, and only then can you start using them. Those are the conclusions I've drawn.

Overall, I really liked the service. The idea of trading with bots is not new, but I haven't encountered similar solutions on the market. The other options were either underdeveloped or the bot constantly froze during trades, and sometimes it wouldn't even start at all. This could have turned out to be either a scam or just a waste of time, but here I saw hope. Many bloggers collaborate with the service. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the Turtle Zone indicator, as I actively follow the "Turtle Way" project, and it also appeared on the stream in Veles. Of course, one shouldn't expect any incredible results, like +300% pnl, but the service consistently brings its percentages, and trading can be done without unnecessary emotions and stress. In general, I can recommend it!

At first, I thought it would be difficult, but in the end, I figured it out more or less. I liked that there is an opportunity to test the strategy on historical data; it's immediately clear where the weak points are. Of course, there are no guarantees of profit, as the market always makes its changes. But as a tool, it's quite decent, especially since the bot can trade on its own while you're not watching the charts.
