I do not recommend using this service. I requested a refund, and it has been over a month, even though the website initially stated a timeframe of up to 10 business days. The support team keeps postponing the resolution, promising 10 business days, but the actual timelines keep getting extended. The service does not adhere to its own refund policies, and users have to literally beg for their money. There is a complete disregard for deadlines and a lack of accountability.
