As someone who has worked in email marketing for over five years, I can say that for me, only one aspect of the mailing service is truly important. It's the deliverability of emails. It may sound trivial, but it's on this basis that a proper analysis of any marketing campaign can be conducted and conclusions drawn. We optimized our support department thanks to the Telegram chatbot from Unisender. Now the bot works around the clock and handles simple, repetitive requests on its own, leaving more complex and important issues for the specialists. This has allowed us to better understand the real problems with the product that were previously lost in the flow of uniform inquiries.
