42Clouds is a cloud hosting service with solid features. I use it for hosting websites. Pros: high speed, reliability, SSD drives, good technical support. The price/quality ratio is favorable. I recommend it.

We are engaged in the sale, installation, and service maintenance of engineering solutions. We rent a dedicated server from 42Clouds. All technical issues are resolved quickly and without compromising quality. I am deducting one star for the short trial period - only 7 days. This is not enough for testing 1C and services.

There are no differences between the cloud version and the local version; visually, everything looks identical, so we didn't have to retrain anyone. However, it has become much more convenient to work, as my employees and I can access the database at any time. The plan already includes updates, consultations, backups, and system administrator services. We feel a significant benefit, so I recommend 42Clouds.

I handle accounting for four clients. I periodically reach out to the 42Clouds support team for assistance. The staff always provide knowledgeable answers to all my questions without overwhelming me with unnecessary information. The "price-quality" ratio is quite reasonable. With the cloud, you can significantly save time on many processes, from preparing reports (where you can get consultation) to updates.

The call center and sales department managers work terribly. There is a complete lack of customer orientation. Yesterday afternoon, one of the managers accepted a request for a consultation with a technical specialist on working with marketplaces, as he did not have the necessary information. The request was scheduled for 9:00 AM. At 10:00 AM, the manager himself started calling support to find out why the call hadn’t come in. They began asking questions: what is the specialist's name, what is the request number. How am I supposed to know this information when I have 20 calls on different issues throughout the day? I'm reaching out to you to purchase your product! The specialist searched for my request for 10 minutes. When the manager finally found it, she said, "We respond within 8 hours after receiving the request. Please wait!" What kind of approach is this? Why do you set a time for a call? I, like you, have my own business and schedule. It’s now 1:04 PM, and no one has called back!
