Roistat Cross-Channel Analytics Service

Powerful analytics for medium and large businesses.

I have been using Roistat for comprehensive analytics of advertising campaigns for six months. The advantages include a wide range of analysis features — you can track the entire customer journey from the first click to the deal. There are integrations with major advertising platforms, and the technical support is knowledgeable. However, the high subscription cost is the main downside for small businesses. Some features may lag during the initial setup, especially if you lack experience in web analytics. The price/quality ratio is justified for medium and large businesses, but not for small projects.

Before switching to Roistat, I tried all the alternatives, but in terms of price/functionality/support/integrations, this service is currently the best. There are indeed some challenges with integrations, but, as my experience has shown, this is more related to the developers of external services. Combined with the analytical tools of Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics, we get a complete set of necessary functions. It works great with call tracking systems. Thanks to this tool, we were able to identify problematic and weak spots in the advertising we ordered from a third-party company, which ultimately led to the termination of the contract with them and allowed us to avoid further wasted expenses.

I have been using this service for over two years and I am very satisfied. During this time, many new features have been added, and the integrations have become more flexible. Previously, we used webhooks to get the leads we needed, but now we have switched to standard integrations, which turned out to be more convenient. The project is actively developing, which is great. The technical support works excellently, quickly resolving all arising issues. Setting up call tracking is simple, and there is good integration with Bitrix24, Yandex.Direct, and Google Ads. However, I have moved away from the built-in lead catcher widgets and now use Bitrix24 widgets — it's more convenient, but that's a matter of personal preference :)

Complete failure, the most outdated analytics system, switched to another one. I have never encountered so many problems during setup; errors kept appearing in the first month, and we couldn't set up the analytics PROPERLY. At the same time, I was never helped with debugging everything at once. I had to constantly bother them. I do not recommend anyone to switch to this unadaptable ***.

The analytics service is very convenient; even a beginner can easily figure it out. The technical support is top-notch and quickly resolves issues. Although correctly connecting turbo pages in Direct is impossible, it's not their fault. The bid management tool is user-friendly, but the search for keywords needs improvement, as it sometimes takes a lot of time to find specific words, and the alphabetical sorting is incorrect. I also use call tracking and give it 4 out of 5; there are specific scenarios by geo that I searched for a long time. However, I feel that some calls are tracked incorrectly.

The company creates the impression of a successful and reliable service, but in reality, they operate like amateurs. It's just a scam for money that wastes time and energy, with zero results. In the reviews, you can find numerous paid comments that hide the dissatisfaction of real users who have experienced Roistat firsthand – don’t believe the positive reviews! We struggled with the setup for a whole year and a half instead of the promised weeks. When we finally started receiving some data, we had to wait another eight months to gather any analytics. But then a new problem arose: the program cannot process reports for more than three months. It would have been wiser to leave right away, but we were reluctant to let go of the effort and money spent. And then another payment came in; we asked for a discount since we had hardly used the service. They responded that the 150,000 they charged was already with a discount, claiming that everyone’s prices had gone up, but they kept ours the same. When we asked why the price was raised when neither the service improved nor the cost increased, there was no clear answer – just a demand for payment. In short, the company is built on deceiving trusting clients like us. Don’t fall for this scam; read the reviews – all the positive ones look artificial, and anyone who has actually used the service won’t say a good word. It’s now very painful to realize how much time, energy, and money was wasted, but it’s better to just forget about this intrusive service. It’s simpler and cheaper to track where customers come from manually, since you won’t learn anything new from them, so why are they charging so much?!

We had heard about Roistat for a long time, but we thought it was just a way to make money. It seemed like we already knew everything. But we were wrong! With the help of this service, we managed to optimize our advertising expenses, realizing that we were previously just wasting our budget on ads without getting any leads. Now we also monitor the managers, who sometimes lose leads. Advertising has started to yield results, and problems with the managers became noticeable thanks to Roistat. We found out that users from Yekaterinburg visit the site more often and that there are more applications from there. We then made changes to the geography of our advertising campaigns. I have been using Roistat for over a year. I tried other services, but this one really works at the highest level. I use only Roistat for 17 projects. If you're choosing between different options, go with Roistat, don't make my mistake. I have tried all the other subpar services, and these guys are truly the best. I set up the projects myself; support sometimes responds slowly and doesn't always understand right away, but that's quite tolerable.

The combination of yclients and Tilda along with the main advertising channels has been in use for over two years. I can't imagine working without this tool. No Metrics or Analytics can compare, as it offers a more accurate attribution system and is the only system where financial data matches. I recently added speech analytics and was shocked to see how the manager communicates - it's spot on.
