So far, I have only tested the newsletters, and I liked that I was able to figure it out on my own. Of course, I had to read some information on the Unika website, but it is presented clearly and in detail, which is really great. In the end, the topic turned out to be interesting. The process itself is very engaging when you set everything up yourself and then see the results. It's awesome that there is a way to track effectiveness, and the results are indeed pleasing, with delivery rates being at a good level. I think it's worth trying out other features as well.
