OFD Takskom

It's an ordinary fiscal data operator. The cost is about 3,000 rubles a year, but if you order the full package of services from Takskom, including an electronic signature and fiscal drive, the price increases significantly. For some reason, their fiscal drives are expensive, so I don't recommend purchasing them. Against the backdrop of the hype surrounding online cash registers and the 54-FZ law, it's not the worst option. The personal account has many useful features, especially regarding statistics. All data on the cash register is available, including sales statistics, cashier performance, opening and closing shifts, as well as everything that similar services offer. The mobile app functions poorly; real-time monitoring is unlikely to succeed. Receipts take a long time to upload, and with a weak internet connection, there are delays, and sometimes the app can freeze. However, work is actively being done on the app. There were previously difficulties with generating revenue reports for all retail locations.

From 2017 to 2019, I used the OFD from Takskom for two years. I paid 6000 rubles just to transmit data about my sales to the tax authorities and store it with the fiscal data operator. First of all, I don't like it, but I'm forced to do it, and secondly, I have to pay a considerable amount for it — 3000 rubles a year. Yes, Takskom's OFD has some functions: you can export data, conduct ABC-XYZ analysis, and even view sales on your smartphone. But these functions are too basic. For example, the export lacks barcodes, and if the product name changes, say, due to a change in supplier, then according to Takskom's export, it's considered a different product, even though the barcode remains the same. The ABC-XYZ analysis only showed the six best-selling products, which was obvious without this analysis. For instance, Takskom informed me that a certain brand of watches sold the best, for which I had frozen money for years, then lowered the price to the purchase price, and finally got rid of them without making a profit. And the smartphone app is complete nonsense, displaying a revenue chart for the month without any details. In 2019, I switched to Yandex's OFD. Why should I overpay for poorly functioning features from Takskom?

Overall, the functionality is similar to other electronic document management tools, but here the cost is lower, and the remaining balance from the plans carries over to the next month, which is a significant advantage.

It's nice that Takscom is a Russian manufacturer and fully responsible for its software. Moreover, the price is quite reasonable. Technical support is always available, and they quickly and thoroughly consulted us on all issues.
